Graduates from 2009 and Previous Years
Electronic transcripts are not available for students graduating prior to 2010. To request your transcript for college, career, or personal purposes, please mail a request containing the following information:
- Your full legal name (and your maiden name, if applicable)
- Your birth date
- The year you graduated
- Where to send your transcript, including the person or office to address it to and their complete address
- Your request should include your signature
Fees are as follows:
$2.00 per transcript if you provide a stamped, pre-addressed envelope to have it mailed.
OR
$5.00 per transcript if you do not provide a stamped, pre-addressed envelope.
